Granite:

Cost: With fabrication and install the budget material starts at $40; mid-range starts at $60 while premium starts at $90 or more
Quartz:
The top choice for most homeowners. It is designed to be extremely durable, non-porous, and available in many styles. Quartz is typically the most affordable and available material. Not to be confused with quartz is quartzite, which is a natural stone, harder than quartz but it does require regular sealing.




Cost: Quartz is generally more budget-friendly, costing around $40-$95 per sq. ft. white quartzite is usually $80-$150 per sq. ft.
Concrete:
Precast counters are created off-site in one of our affiliates shops and transported to the kitchen site. Concrete is the ultimate expression in creativity because you can design thickness, depth, color and embedded material to give your space that serious wow factor.










Cost: Is determined after we complete the design work, since it is hand fabricated
Butcher Block:
Provides warmth and functionality for food prep, ideal for rustic or modern farmhouse styles. Water damage can be a factor near the faucet over time. It can be sanded and refinished in areas that become damaged.








Cost: $30 for beech and maple with hardwoods starting at $70 per sq. ft. -$125 per sq. ft. installed.
Porcelain: An incredibly dense, scratch-resistant, and non-porous material, often mimicking marble with photo realistic patterns. Like quartz, porcelain is the low maintenance.
Cost: Total cost including fabrication is between $55- $125 installed.
Soapstone: A durable, non-porous natural stone known for its rustic, matte, and elegant look. It is durable and heat resistant but also on the higher price range. It can be prone to scratches.
Cost: Total cost of $70-$125 per sq. ft. including fabrication and installation.
Laminate: An affordable, Do-It-Yourself friendly option that has come a long way in style, but it is not heat-resistant. It also cannot be easily repaired and is not recommended on a house that you consider for a resell because it is perceived as a cheap option.
Cost: Standard grade laminate sheets are between $10-20 per sq. ft. with installation of $35 per sq. ft. bring the total cost starting at $45 per sq. ft. Many of our quartz choices start below the cost of laminate.
