We discuss your vision and goals, and measure your project. Are there plumbing, electrical, and lighting updates? This is a brainstorming opportunity.

DESIGN

Your bath design is based on your budget. Maybe you are making decisions based on changing bath size or layout. Are you converting a shower to tub or vise versa? You could consider adding a pony wall or glass for shower entry.

MATERIAL SELECTION

We will guide you through ideas, sink, faucet and lighting choices to fit your budget. We discuss tile choices, tubs or shower configurations and floor plans. Take a look at our cabinets and countertop selections.

IMPLEMENTATION

Once contracted and scheduled we start immediately. We the demolition, electrical and plumbing rough-in on our calendar. Then we order vanity, tile and bath materials are ordered.

  • Removed all the excess stuff and fixtures.

  • Started with an empty space and new design

  • New plumbing and wiring were installed.

  • Increased the vanity to 60 inches with plenty of drawers

  • New tile in showers and floors, new mirror and lighting.

Guest bath gets stylish renovation!!

  • The space was gutted and replaced non-functioning drain lines.

  • The toilet was not installed properly and it backed up in the shower.

  • New plumbing and wiring were installed.

  • A new large vanity, mirror and extra deep tub.

  • Remove dated floor tile install affordable 12x24 tile.

Non-functional bath has Modern update!

  • Expand the master bath by eliminating a second closet in the bedroom, it was previously the shower space.

  • Frame the walls and adding shower pony wall.

  • Updated the wiring and plumbing for all fixtures.

  • Install 12 x 24 tile on the bath floor, shower walls and penny tile in the shower floor.

  • Added the vanity, decorative mirror and lighting.

Shower converted to a closet???

  • This was originally an 8 x 13 foot storage closet in the garage.

  • He wanted a urinal for the men and a bidet smart commode for the ladies.

  • The large format 4 x 8 foot tile was used on walls and floors.

  • The remaining space was used for a 36 in. vanity and 24 in. W 74 in. H freestanding linen cabinet.

Man cave with a luxurious bath!

  • We framed a pony wall to create separation.

  • Note the motion sensor controlled bidet/smart commode heated seat with all bells and whistles.

  • The large format 4 x 8 foot tile was used on walls and floors.

  • The remaining space was used for a 36 in vanity and large 72 in. high storage free standing linen cabinet.

Garage apartment gets a new bath!

  • The room off the kitchen was wasted space with just enough room for the washer & hot water heater.

  • The house only had one shared bath and toilet. We moved the plumbing and wiring to the garage.

  • This job required a small lift station to push waste from the commode to the septic in the front yard.

  • We removed a door to make the space bigger

1 bath home receives a needed 1/2 bath utilizing wasted space off the kitchen!

  • We recommend replacing the tub with a deeper one.

  • A new 36 inch vanity was installed with storage in the drawers.

  • New floor tile gave this final product nice updated look!

  • Used two different tiles on the shower floor to be remind us of the beach!

  • The shower control valve was moved to the opposite side.

  • A pony wall was framed with a glass door to eliminate any future water issues.

Never updated 60's Bath completely re-done!

  • The bath walls were mason with concrete that had to be chipped off.

  • The house had been sitting unoccupied for 9 years.

  • The configuration stayed the with new sheet rock, tub, vanity and commode.

The bath was gutted to the frame and rebuilt from the ground up.

A ship lap and small subway tile brightened up the space.
